* Booking Conditions
In the event of a cancellation of a booked place, full fee minus an administration charge of £20 will be refunded before 22nd October, after which time no refund can be made. However, a substitute delegate may attend without penalty provided that the Treasurer is notified by 23rd November, 2010 . Terms of payment: 30 days from receipt of invoice.

Conference Aston benefits from Aston University’s prime location at the heart of England’s second city. The landscaped campus offers a relaxed private learning environment with its own luxurious residential accommodation offering free wireless internet access. There are fitness centres on campus including a Victorian swimming pool.
