a) Full conference fee, all meals and overnight accommodation on Friday 30th November. Members £335, non-members £370

b) Friday 30th November, lunch & celebration dinner. Members £145, non-members £160

c) Saturday 1st December with lunch. Members £100, non-members £110

d) Special discounted rate 1st December for registered post-graduate students @£55

e) 1: Thursday 29th November dinner, bed & breakfast at @110 single

In the event of a cancellation of a booked place, full fee minus an administration charge of £20 will be refunded before 26th October, after which time no refund can be made. However, a substitute delegate may attend without penalty provided that the Treasurer is notified by 26th November, 2012 . Terms of payment: 30 days from receipt of invoice.
